Centered around the theme of ‘Deepening Professional Competence, Empowering Global Expansion,’ this training provided overseas sales teams with a dual feast of knowledge and skills through systematic curriculum design and diversified training formats. The event was honored by the guidance of Chairman of Yuwell Group, Alex Wu, CEO of XUNJIE, Jing Wei, and CHO of Yuwell Group, who offered professional advice and valuable insights during key training sessions.

July 3rd: Cultural Integration and Foundational Empowerment

Jack Jing launched the first-day session with a strategic keynote emphasizing the imperative of building an integrated global team collaboration framework, outlining operational protocols centered on instant messaging tools supplemented by email to establish an open and transparent work culture. At the product strategy level, he detailed Sino-German dual-production bases quality control systems and global capacity deployment tactics, highlighting localization roadmaps for emerging markets including Russia and India, while announcing the “Dragon Fly” targeting next-generation product R&D breakthroughs. The second day of training focused on practical requirements for overseas market expansion.Gabby Lu shared her extensive international project experience, analyzing real-world bidding cases and offering strategic approaches tailored to diverse market conditions. Mengsi Peng from the Regulatory Affairs Department then provided a comprehensive overview of the overseas MDR registration process, including timelines and solutions to common certification challenges. In the afternoon, Lu Wang demonstrated the application of IoT platform intelligence in AEDs, delivering a detailed technical breakdown of the system. This was followed by a competitive product analysis session, where participants engaged in group discussions to thoroughly evaluate product strengths and weaknesses, equipping them with valuable insights for future market promotion strategies.

On the morning of July 7, Haichuan Lv and Qinglong Du conducted hands-on training for the assembly and disassembly of the M600 and M650 (H7/H8) devices. In the afternoon, the program entered a critical evaluation phase—the product presentation drill. Eight new overseas sales employees delivered professional presentations on the company's core products, with Jack Jing providing real-time guidance and detailed feedback on content accuracy, key product highlights, and delivery techniques.

A judging panel comprising Julia, Vicky Wu, and Bo Liu conducted comprehensive assessments from multiple professional perspectives, including market positioning, technical precision, and sales communication strategies.
