Strategic Partnership for the Future of Emergency Medical Care in the Middle East

We are proud to announce that PRIMEDIC and Muscat Changming Investments have signed a landmark Framework Cooperation Agreement today.

This marks the beginning of a long-term strategic alliance aimed at establishing localized production of critical medical devices in Oman, starting with Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and additional product lines in the future.

As a German brand with over 50 years of experience in emergency medical solutions, our AEDs and systems are trusted in more than 150 countries. Together with Changming - a leading Omani investment group known for major industrial and healthcare infrastructure projects - we’re now bringing this technology closer to where it matters: Made in Germany, powered by Oman.

As a first milestone the partnership will commence with Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and commercial sales set to launch by this year-end.

This collaboration brings together German engineering and medical expertise with Changming’s local investment strength and market access, laying the foundation for long-term healthcare manufacturing in the GCC region.
