We are looking for a professional and experienced Software requirements Engineer to join our team! As a Software requirements Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for writing and administering the software requirements of medical devices, including automated and manual external defibrillators.
Duties and responsibilities
Create Software requirements based/derived from system and customer requirements
Become our team's main stakeholder concerning software requirements
Review technical requirements with stakeholders as well as third-party suppliers and our internal experts for correctness and completeness against inputs
Maintain entire requirement management process (Review, Clarification, Traceability, Version Control and Baselines)
Helping to create traceability matrix and to moderate its maintenance
Coordinate with Software Design and Development teams
Requirements and qualifications
Master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
3 years of experience in the field of requirements engineering
You have an extensive knowledge of requirements management and requirement standards
You have a very good knowledge in reading and creating technical specifications
Professional experience in embedded software development, ideally in the field of medical devices
Familiar with medical device regulations or similar standards
Ability to work as part of a team
You are fluent in English especially in writing
Proficiency in German is essential
Bonus skills
Able to understand electronics schematics
